Cats Angels Voucher Program for Lower Income Residents of Nassau County

Spay/Neuter for Pet Cats and TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) for feral cats at a very reduced rate.
The cost of the voucher depends on current grants we have received.

You qualify if:
• you are on Medicaid
• you receive EBT Food Stamps or Disability
• and your income is less than $25K for a one-adult household
• and your income is less than $40K for two-adult household
You must show proof of eligibility.

For pet cats: you must purchase your voucher from Cats Angels, make your surgery appointment at EveryPet (formerly First Coast No More Homeless Pets) in Jacksonville and transport your cat (in a cat carrier) to EveryPet for the surgery.

For feral cats: No appointment is needed. You must first purchase your voucher from Cats Angels. Please call 904-321-2267 to order your voucher. Up to six cats each month can be taken Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Each cat must arrive in a humane trap which you can borrow from Cats Angels. You will be called when the cat is ready to be picked up (36-48 hours). The cats will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated and ear tipped.
