Who We Are and What We Do

Our programs help homeless cats as well as family cats.
Cats Angels, Inc. SPCA is a volunteer based non-profit, 501(c)3 charitable organization and receives no government funding of any kind. All of our monies are acquired through donations, grants and fundraising efforts.

Cats Angels was formed in June 2001 to help control the overpopulation of unwanted felines in the Fernandina Beach area of Nassau County, FL. Cats Angels began a TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) program to spay and neuter feral cats and then return them to their caregivers.
Animal Expo
Our organization is well known in the area and is the host of the annual Nassau County Animal Expo. Watch that website for upcoming information on the next Expo. (Video of a previous Nassau County Animal Expo).
Mascot Halo
Our feline mascot “Halo” is present at many community events to help spread the word about the importance of spaying and neutering pets.
Adoption Center Volunteer
Our mission is successful thanks to our dedicated volunteers who help us care for the cats and assist in the Thrift Store.
